Key Qualifications
Strong communication skills with an ability to work in an open and transparent manner
Formally trained in cryptography, systems security, cloud security and privacy, distributed database systems and data analytics. Previous experience with blockchain is an asset
Previous hands-on software engineering experience working with cryptographic solutions, API-based applications, Amazon AWS, mobile and web-based blockchain software products on Linux-based, Windows, Android, and iOS platforms
Full command of the MEAN stack: Node.js, Java, AngularJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB, and Continuous Integration/ Deployment based workflows. Also, working experience with Python, Android, iOS, and React will be considered.
Strong familiarity with government and healthcare security and privacy standards and acts such as PIPEDA, FOIPOP, HIPAA and HITRUST
Proven ability to self-direct
Fully compliant to past and present contractual agreements and terms of employment
Description
In this role, you will work directly with a team of business and systems analysts and other security specialists and software engineers, and in some cases clients, to deliver new software. Your primary functions will be in software engineering, where you will ensure that the right work is getting done effectively and efficiently. You will be expected to coordinate with other stakeholders in defining and managing the scope of projects and sprint priorities from requirements gathering through to successful implementation.
You will ensure a strong working relationship between our teams and our clients’ teams. You will work with our client delivery engineers who will help to deliver on client projects utilizing our product and will act as an added technical resource on client engagements.
Education & Experience
Degree in Computer Science. Recent Master-level degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or Master degree near completion is preferred.
3+ years as a Software / IT professional
Proven track record in successfully delivering software projects throughout the complete project lifecycle

Strong business/systems analysis skills and a solid understanding of health services concepts & solutions
Strong interpersonal and people leadership skills are required

Description
The employee will join our marketing, sales, and customer care team to provide services across CRM (Customer Relationship Management) functional areas for our MIMOSI Connect product. Peer Ledger’s MIMOSI Platforms are live in Canada, Europe, and India. You will be responsible for:
Maintaining relationships with key customers and organizations.
Demonstrating and training customers on the software
Cooperating with internal employees to share market insights and feedback; participating in weekly internal sales conference calls and quarterly sales meeting to update product knowledge, share success stories, and discuss CRM strategies.
Attending (virtual/physical) industry trade show events as required.
Performing administrative duties related to internal CRM processes, including weekly and monthly reporting of activities using CRM software.
